If you are messaging us regarding an order you must provide the name the order is shipped to or the Order ID Number. We do not file your account name in association with your order or give out any screen name information to any outside or 3rd parties.. Due to the high volume it might take a few minutes to answer back. Our accounts stay online even after business hours so if you do not get a reply back more than likely no one is available.
