theft, or any other impacts that causes the product to break. Broken
glass, labor & cost of freight is not covered under warranty. Warranty
gives the owner the right for a replacement free of charge to the life of the
product from the original owner. Original Proof of Purchase is required to process
claim. City
Glow is not responsible for any incidental damages from the installation of the
product. City Glow will only be held liable for the product itself and not any
consequential damages from installation. As stated we are not held responsible
for any loss due to law enforcement. Purchaser
is held responsible to check local laws and regulations regarding installation
and use of product.
How to file claim: Defective
product must be mails to City Glow at owners expense. Original
Proof of Purchase is required. Claimer
must submit, with defect product, a note of problem, name, phone #, and mailing
