All products sold by StreetStyler.com are new products. Warranty:
Most products sold by StreetStyler.com carry a 1-year Limited Warranty from the
date of purchase by the manufacture who make the item(s) against manufacturers
defects. See Returns for directions. StreetStyler.com will not be held liable
for damages that occur during shipping. All products are insured for damages and
a claim to the shipping company will be required by the customer to be reimbursed.
Then order must be placed and paid for again. All packages should be inspected
at the time of receipt for damages and reported to the shipping company delivery
person and StreetStyler.com immediately. Manufacture Defects have to be processed
through the manufacture and StreetStyler.com has no control over the time it takes
for the new item to get shipped out. Defects must be reported with 3 business
days of receiving the order. You must call us regarding these matters and not
through email. StreetStyler.com will assist in the damage claim but are limited
to the ruling of the shipping company. Shipping:
Shipping costs will be added at the time of purchase and is based on
your location and weight of products purchased. If ordering from our Body Kit
Section, shipping charges will be applied after the sale. Our shipping chart easily
explains what to expect according to your address and size package. Ship To and
Bill To addresses must match. StreetStyler.com must verify all shipping addresses
with the credit card company prior to delivery of any product. Orders that have
unverifiable addresses will be voided. Returns:
StreetStyler.com will not except any returns or exchanges
if the item(s) have been used, installed, damaged, modified,
or if factory packaging is missing. If an order comes defective
we can only replace the item, not return it for a full refund.Returns/Exchanges
require an RO# (Return Order Number). To obtain this number
call us and we will email you an RO Number with instructions
for sending the item(s). If you ship the item without the
RO# on it, we will refuse the package and it will be shipped
back to you. We are not responsible for any shipping charges
the customer pays without following our return instructions
completely. All returns must be in original packaging with
all accessories, wires, manuals and instructions, etc. StreetStyler.com
will not be responsible for loss of usage of product during
this period of time nor will a loaner product be made available.
Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility
on all returns to StreetStyler.com. StreetStyler.com will
return the repaired or replaced product at no-charge. If returned
restocking fees will be applied to refunded orders. Most items
will have a 10% restocking fee. On large items like Lip Spoilers,
Hoods, Body Kits will have a 15% restocking fee and must set
up a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Wheels have
up to a 25% restocking fee. After that time period a return
will not be accepted. All returns must be set up by calling
us first, not by email. No exceptions. We cannot accept
returns after 14 days after the items have been delivered.
International
Sales: StreetStyler.com does not sell or ship to most international
countries. Canadian orders are OK for most items. Additional shipping charges
may apply. Our online shopping cart charges all International Orders(including
Canada) $65 to ensure we receive enough to cover shipping expenses. If the additional
cost is less than $65, we will charge only the amount needed out of the $65..
Errors
and Omissions: StreetStyler.com reserves the right to refuse any order
found to be placed with an error in pricing on this web site. Every effort has
been made to assure accuracy. All orders placed with inaccurate prices will be
credited promptly and the customer notified by E-mail. Manufacturers
Association: StreetStyler.com is not associated nor claims any association
with any manufacturers products we sell. StreetStyler.com is an independent
Internet Discount Retailer. StreetStyler.com uses the manufacturers name and trademarks
for product recognition only and is not with the intent of obscuring a dysfunction
between StreetStyler.com and the manufacturers. Manufacturers
Specifications: StreetStyler.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the
Manufacturers advertised specifications of the product sold. Backorders:
Your credit card will not be charged if your order is on backorder or special
ordered. If using a Debit Card, your bank only freezes the funds, not releasing
them to us. Due to demand, some items may be backordered at any time. We will
hold and ship all backorders as soon as possible. Should your order go on backorder
we will contact you by phone or email before reconciliation of your transaction.
You have the right to cancel the order up to the time of product being shipped
out. If canceled before shipping occurs we will issue a full refund or void your
order entirely. The length of delay varies by manufacture. If not canceled by
the time we ship it, restocking fees will apply and the shipping charge will not
be refunded. Cancellations:
All
orders will be in pending status from the time the order is
placed by the customer until the order ships no matter the
waiting time for the product. Any cancellation request must
be done by completing and understanding the following steps.
All orders needing to be canceled must be done by emailing
us. No exceptions. You must have a StreetStyler.com representative
reply for the cancellation to be approved. A Voice Message
will not be acceptable. If the order is canceled by the customer
prior to shipping, the order is subject to a $15 fee for processing/special
ordering a part. If the order is requested to be canceled
after it has already been shipped out, the shipping fees will
not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee. No exceptions.
For Free Shipping Orders, we still have a shipping charge
we must pay the shipping company and the Cancellation Rep
will reply with the exact amount shipping was for the order.
Refusals:
All items refused, neglected to be picked up, are subject to a 20% restocking
fee and the ship charge is non refundable. Be sure to notify others in the household
the package(s) is due to arrive. Legality
of Products: StreetStyler.com does not guarantee the legality
of products sold on this site. Customers hold the responsibility to check with
their local controlling authorities for these matters. Loss
and Damages: StreetStyler.com is not responsible for any loss or damages
associated with the use or installation of products sold. If damaged by the shipping
company, an insurance claim must be made with the carrier. Contact
